This intake horn is made from 3.5 inch stainless steel and helps smooth the air flow as it enters the intake manifold. Paired with the PQY intake heater block delete this kit removes all the restriction for the charge air. It not only makes performance gains but looks much better too.

This is a 5” diameter intake for the 94-02 5.9L Cummins. It will fit your stock turbo or any bolt on aftermarket turbos. It is made from 304 stainless steel and is fully TIG welded. Unlike other intakes that use a large 45° coupler that can collapse under high boost. This intake only uses a small reducer coupler or a straight 5” coupler. It comes with everything needed to install it.
Not only will this intake look great it really makes the turbo sing. Add a heat shield to the kit for maximum HP gains.
This Intake shield is designed to work with our Cummins 5.9 Cold air intakes. It helps block the hot air from the turbo and allows the stock air inlet to feed fresh cold air to the turbo.
The heat shield is formed and then fully tig welded for strength. Edge trim is also provided so the shield and intake will not rub and damage each other.
